Consulting Agreement 

WELCOME TO WIZVIBESNG MEDIA CONSULTANCE.

Please read below Our Terms Of Services.

WHEREAS, the Client is in need of assistance in the support area of Internet Marketing such as Social Media Management, Business Awareness Strategies, Event Planning and Entertainment Services

WHEREAS, WizvibesNG Media has agreed to perform support and Internet Marketing consulting services for the Client, and other related activities, as directed by the Client.

NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereby agree as follows:

 Term and Termination: The term of this Agreement is signed after which both parties has agreed (“Initial Term”) and will commence on the first date

Services are rendered by Consultant as stated on Consultant’s invoice (“Commencement Date”). Either party may terminate this Agreement by giving the other party 30 days written notice by Certified EMail or means of communication. In the event of any such Cancellation, Client will be responsible for paying all fees due and owing hereunder for Services rendered through the date of Cancellation. 

Client further will be responsible for paying all other expenses incurred by Consultant through the date of Cancellation, including without limitation media purchased or ordered through and including the date of Cancellation. 

This Agreement may be modified or amended only pursuant to a written agreement signed by both parties hereto.

Payment Schedule: Note that before You get access to any of our services, a nonrefundable payment (Consultance Fee Of Ten Thousand Naira Only (#50,000) will be made to the companies account.

Note that the payment is nonrefundable and to be payed to the account provided below. This fee is termed Consultance Fee.
