Ebira Rap Is Dead’, Boy Whinny Emphasises Despite Kogi Central Rappers’ Outburst Nigerian music superstar, Abdul Ibrahim fondly known as Boy Whinny, has reiterated a  comment he made early in the end of the week that the rap genre is dead in Kogi Central and it bores him.
